Sintered Radial Neodymium magnets combine Neodymium, Iron and Boron (NdFeB) using either a sintered powder or a hot-press method to create a ring magnet.

Material Composition

Neodymium, Iron, and Boron alloy specially oriented in a radial direction, molded and sintered.

Key Properties

Offers uniform magnetic fields along the radial axis, high magnetic strength, and improved performance for rotating applications.

Temperature Range

Typically, grades operate up to 150°C, with specialized versions tolerating up to 200°C.

Manufacturing Notes

Designed for rotating machinery, radial Neo magnets eliminate the need for multi-piece assemblies, improving reliability and reducing manufacturing complexity.

Common Uses

Brushless DC motors, servo motors, robotics, and high-performance rotating systems.
